Our club had an impressive 4 entries out of 21 in the junior 2-4-2s pairs held at the Waikanae Bowling Club this weekend, even more than the hosting club.
Our teams comprised:
- Adam Batty and Gay Calderwood
- Chloe Eastham and Ken Sterne
- Mary van der Velden and Iraia Peni
- Elisabeth Glinkowska and Brian Hoy
Three of our teams managed to reach the post section, but sadly all three were knocked out in the first round. Nevertheless it was an impressive feat to get that far and bodes well for the future of the club.
