At Levin Bowling Club on 26th June, we held our second winter gala this year. Like last time the format was 3 bowl triples and once again we had a total of 26 teams entered, nearly filling both greens. We were thrilled to have teams coming from Bulls, Shannon, Foxton Beach, Waitarere Beach, Central and Levin.
We were lucky with the weather, but managed to play without a rain interruption after a cloudy start. Great fun was had by all and the next gala set for July 10th is filling up fast. Check out the signup sheet in the clubrooms.
On the Dales green:
