The Mixed Triples Championship took place on a very cold Saturday and an even colder Sunday. There were 16 teams entered and a competitive 1st round of matches saw 8 qualifiers through to the second day.
Competition on the second day was just as fierce with a lot of blowing on hands and stamping of feet with the final getting underway around 2.30pm.
Graham Law, Graeme Mathie and Bella Law defeated Christine Ryan, Robert Evans and Arnold Taiaroa in the final 14-5. All players contributed some excellent shots in the final but the consistency of the winners led them to their win in the end. Congratulations to both teams.
