The weather was reasonable for the Saturday qualifying games, but deteriorated on Sunday, so the final was rescheduled for Monday.
On Monday however, the finalists were not having much fun completing the Triples. There were six ends to play to finish before they were rained off. At this point in time there was only a single point between the teams.
In the end, Ronnie Crone (skip), Erica Whittaker and Mary van der Velden prevailed over Dianne Short (skip), Bella Law and Mary Judd by 4 points. Well done to both teams.
