The Tiger Turf gala was held on a beautiful crisp sunny day and was enjoyed by all 25 teams of triples. Thanks to a very generous sponsorship from Tiger Turf we were able to give out 5 prizes.

- 1st place: Wayne Judd, Paul Gardner and Nick Bailey – 3½ wins, 18 ends, 37 points
- 2nd place: Brian Cooper, Jim Winter and Arnie Taiaroa – 3 wins, 22 ends, 48 points
- 3rd place: Noel McCutcheon, Peter Brown and Jenny – 3 wins, 20 ends, 44 points
- 4th place: Christine Ryan, Brian Hoy and Ken Sterne – 3 wins, 19 ends, 45 points
- 5th place: Robert Evans, Ralda Adams and Terry – 3 wins, 19 ends, 33 points
And our lucky non-winning team today was:
