On the 29th of August we celebrated the end of the 2026 bowling season, and the start of the 2027 bowling season.
We started with an enjoyable 90 minute roll-up. Then the presentations were made by our President Duncan Mann and Pat Brown to all the Levin Bowling Club Championship winners of the 2025-2026 season.
Finally we went back outside for the ceremonial first jack and bowl of the new season by our Patron Margaret Griffin and new Lifetime Member Trevor Turnbull.

We closed the day with a lovely afternoon tea provided by each club member bringing a plate, and organised and laid out by Mary van der Velden and her teams of helpers.
